Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Australia. International customers outside these regions, write to us — we add countries as demand justifies the customs work.

How fast

Orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. Once shipped, expect:

  • United States — 2 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground
  • Canada — 4 to 8 business days
  • UK / EU / Australia — 7 to 14 business days

Tracking number arrives by email when your parcel leaves our facility.

How the 60-night guarantee works

If after sixty nights of consistent use you don't sleep better — for any reason — email support@somnei.com with your order number. We refund the order in full to the original payment method within 5 business days. No forms. No questions. No return required.

This applies to first-time purchases. Subscription refills are eligible for a 30-day return window.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. Expedited US orders typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us with your order number and the new address. Once tracking is active, we can no longer change destination.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From your customer account portal, click "Manage subscription" and choose Cancel. Confirmation arrives by email. Trouble? Email us and we'll cancel within one business day.

Do I have to return the bottle to get a refund?

No. Our 60-night guarantee doesn't require a physical return. Keep the bottle, give it to a friend, or finish it — we refund regardless.

What if my international order gets held at customs?

Customs fees on international orders are paid by the recipient and are out of our control. If held up, write to us — we'll provide commercial invoices or any documentation customs needs.
