Refund & Return Policy
We want you to sleep better — and we stand behind that with our 60-Night Promise.
THE 60-NIGHT PROMISE (ONE-TIME ORDERS)
Try Somnei for up to 60 nights. If you don't sleep better, email us for a full refund of your most recent one-time order — even if the bottle is opened or empty. No forms, no hassle. The 60-Night Promise applies to one-time and first-time purchases only.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds. Because subscriptions are billed and shipped on a recurring schedule, charges that have already been processed cannot be refunded. You remain fully in control: you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your account or by emailing hello@somnei.com. Cancelling stops all future charges — just make sure to cancel before the renewal date, as orders already placed will ship and bill as scheduled.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (ONE-TIME ORDERS)
Email hello@somnei.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll reply within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
RETURNS
You don't need to ship anything back to claim the 60-Night Promise. If we do ask for a return, we'll cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; for other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@somnei.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it right away. This applies to subscription and one-time orders alike.
